At Bonzart, we are committed to delivering your artwork safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines our production times, shipping rates, and guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
1. Made-to-Order Production and Processing
To ensure you receive the highest quality art, we do not hold aging stock. Every piece is strictly made-to-order immediately after your purchase is confirmed.

Standard Processing: Please allow  1 to 3 business days for your artwork to be freshly produced, quality-checked, and dispatched.

Customized Art: If your order includes specific personalizations, it may require an additional, 1 to 2 business days before shipping.

Bulk Orders:Â For large quantity or bulk orders, additional processing and production time will be required depending on the exact quantity requested. We will communicate the estimated fulfillment timeline directly with you upon order confirmation.

Note: Orders are not produced, processed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
We offer straightforward shipping rates across India. Your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Orders Above ₹999: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling over ₹999.

Orders Below ₹999: A flat standard shipping rate of ₹120 applies to all orders under ₹999.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery generally takes, 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Please note that all COD orders incur an additional, non-refundable handling fee of ₹50.

This ₹50 COD charge applies to all COD orders, including those that total over ₹999 and qualify for free shipping.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of the email being sent, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Bonzart is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

6. Damages During Transit
We take the utmost care in packaging our art to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Cancellation, Replacement, and Refund Policy.

Important Reminder: You must report the transit damage within 2 hours of delivery and provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video to be eligible for a 100% full refund or a free replacement.
