Cancellation, Replacement, and Refund Policy

At Bonzart, we take immense pride in the quality of our artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have established the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process for cancellations, replacements, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of placing it.

To request a cancellation, immediately email us at support@bonzart.in with your Order Number in the subject line.

Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled.

Personalized Art: Orders for custom or personalized artworks cannot be canceled once production has begun.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure a swift and fair resolution for transit damage, an unboxing video is strictly mandatory for any damage or defect claims.

You must record a continuous video starting from the unopened, initial courier package to the end of the product inspection, clearly showing any defects or damage to the artwork.

Without this continuous unboxing video, we will be unable to process complaints, refunds, or replacement requests.
3. 100% Refund or Replacement for Damaged Items
We package our art meticulously, but we understand that fragile items can occasionally suffer damage during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged or materially defective, we offer a 100% full refund or a free replacement—whichever you prefer.

Timeframe: You must report the damage to our team within 24Â hours of the package being delivered.

Process: Email your unboxing video, photos of the damage, and your order number to support@bonzart.in. Let us know in your email whether you would prefer a full refund or a replacement.

Resolution: Once verified, we will process your 100% refund to your original payment method, or we will immediately begin producing and shipping your brand-new replacement.
4. General Returns and Buyer's Remorse
Due to the unique and often customized nature of our MDF Cutouts , we do not offer general returns or refunds for changes in personal preference, buyer's remorse, or incorrect details (such as typos or wrong addresses) provided by the customer at checkout. Refunds and replacements are strictly reserved for items that arrive damaged or defective.
5. Pre-Order Assistance
We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If you have any queries regarding a specific piece of art before ordering, our team is happy to share real-time photos, videos, or additional details so you know exactly what to expect.
